Delivery Timeline

Once your order is confirmed, we aim to deliver within the following timeframes:

  • Inside Dhaka & Chattogram: within 3 working days

  • Outside Dhaka & Chattogram: within 5 working days

Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier-related delays.

Delivery Charge

  • A flat delivery charge of BDT 100 applies to all orders.

Delivery Details

  • Each order will be delivered to one address as provided during checkout.

  • Customers are requested to ensure that all delivery information (address, contact number, etc.) is accurate and complete to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

Multiple Item Deliveries

In rare cases where a single order contains multiple items, products may be delivered in separate shipments to ensure timely availability.

  • No additional delivery charges will be applied for split deliveries.
