Warranty Policy

At ICE, all products undergo a thorough quality assurance and control process to guarantee their quality and size. In the rare event that our product(s) do not meet expectations, customers can take advantage of our warranty service.

Warranty Coverage: We provide a warranty on our products, offering a full replacement for significant material and/or manufacturing defects.

Warranty Limitations: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, physical damage (including cuts, fraying, bent or broken connectors), exposure to moisture, or improper handling. Any product showing signs of physical damage will not be eligible for replacement or warranty.

Warranty Claim Period: Customers have the option to utilise our warranty within 6 months after receiving or collecting the product.

Proof of Purchase: The mobile number is necessary for any warranty claim to be valid.

Replacement: Replacement under the warranty is limited to a product of the same or higher value, and the customer may need to cover the price difference.
