  • The product is lost during shipment, confirmed by our delivery partner

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, and tags must be intact

  • The issue must be reported to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product

Return & Refund Process

Refund Method & Timeline

  • The refund process typically takes 7–10 working days after inspection and approval.

  • Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases

Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
